Terms of Service - RapidRoof HQ

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RapidRoof HQ ("Service"), operated by AN2B LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RapidRoof HQ is a roofing estimation and quote generation platform that uses artificial intelligence, satellite imagery, and historical data to assist professional roofing contractors in creating estimates. The Service is designed as an estimation aid and administrative tool.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Billing and Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. A one-time onboarding fee of $99 includes unlimited address lookups and 50 quote credits. Additional quote credits may be purchased in packs (10 credits for $150, 25 credits for $325, or 50 credits for $550). All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. AI Limitations & User Responsibility

RapidRoof is an estimation aid designed to assist professional roofing contractors. It uses artificial intelligence, satellite imagery, and historical data to generate estimates and material suggestions. RapidRoof is not a substitute for professional judgment, on-site inspection, or manual verification.

5.1 Human-in-the-Loop Requirement

You acknowledge that RapidRoof operates on a "Human-in-the-Loop" basis. While the Service strives for accuracy, satellite imagery may be outdated, and AI interpretations may vary. It is your sole responsibility to review, verify, and approve all measurements, line items, pricing, and material quantities before presenting a quote to a homeowner or placing an order with a supplier.

5.2 No Warranty of Accuracy

RapidRoof does not guarantee that generated measurements, waste factors, or material lists will perfectly match on-site conditions. Variations in roof pitch, lens distortion, or obstructed views (trees/shadows) can affect accuracy.

5.3 Final Authority

By using this Service, you agree that you are the final authority on all quotes and orders. The decision to send a quote to a client is yours alone. RapidRoof is an administrative tool, not a construction manager.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AN2B LLC (dba RapidRoof) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Underbidding or overbidding a project
Ordering incorrect material quantities (shortages or overages)
Loss of profits, business interruptions, or reputational damage
Reliance on AI-generated measurements or recommendations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AN2B LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
